  14. : What settings did you use with your modem, what operating system do
  15. : you use? I have the same modem ,same version dates and I use win95'.
  16. : I have all sorts of trouble with my modem as far as getting connected,
  17. : once I am connected to it works great. I upgraded from a USR 14.4
  18. : V.42bis that worked flawlessly using the same setup I have now, but
  19. : this 28.8 V.34+ is bogus.

  29. Well here are my settings for my USR 33.6 Fax modem, I use Windows '95 
  30. and use a multi-boot completely out of windows'95 with telix.

  49. With these settings I get a 28.8 connection EVERY time and it also faxes 
  50. perfectly.
